Personal Care. Exceptional Service.

Non-medical home care provides practical assistance and companionship that can help an individual remain comfortable and independent at home. Services may include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, errands and respite for family caregivers. MD Home Care does not provide nursing, therapy or other skilled medical services.

We begin with a conversation about the client’s routines, preferences, current challenges, family involvement and desired schedule. From there, we work with the client and authorized family members to develop a personalized service plan.

Scheduling requirements depend on the services requested, location and caregiver availability. We will explain current minimums and scheduling options during the consultation so the family can determine whether the arrangement is a good fit.

Yes. Care needs, schedules and family circumstances can evolve. We encourage clients and authorized family members to communicate changes so the service plan can be reviewed and adjusted when appropriate.

We consider reliability, professionalism, experience, availability, personality and compatibility. The goal is to create a care relationship that supports both the client’s practical needs and personal preferences.

Transportation to local appointments, errands and social activities may be included in the service plan when appropriate. Availability, vehicle requirements, mileage and any related policies will be reviewed before transportation services begin.

No. MD Home Care caregivers may provide reminders based on an established medication schedule, but they do not administer medications, organize medications or make medical decisions.

Start timing depends on the client’s needs, requested schedule, location and the availability of an appropriate caregiver. After the consultation, we will discuss the next steps and provide the clearest available timeline.

MD Home Care is a private-pay home care provider. Current rates, payment methods, billing procedures and any applicable service charges will be reviewed before services begin.
